We have tried many different types of foam in our Kydex presses and this type has performed the best. It has just the right stiffness  to press detail into .090″ kydex. It stands up to the heat well and retains it shape over multiple uses.

The foam is 3/4″ thick and available in sheets up to 24″ x 36″.
